By purchasing or using BigFunded you agree to the program price, phase targets, drawdown limits, consistency requirements, trading-day requirements and other rules displayed at checkout. The purchased rule snapshot governs that account.

You must be legally able to contract, provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use only your own account. Fraud, identity abuse, platform manipulation, prohibited coordinated trading or attempts to bypass risk controls may result in suspension, account closure and forfeiture of eligibility.

Evaluation and funded balances are simulated unless expressly stated otherwise. A displayed balance is not a deposit and cannot be withdrawn. Only an approved payout request based on eligible performance creates a payment obligation, subject to verification and the applicable payout split.

Service availability can be affected by brokers, market-data providers, payment processors and networks. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
