We process account identity and contact data, payment references, security logs, support messages, trading activity and risk metrics to provide and protect the service. Card details are handled by the selected payment processor and are not stored by BigFunded.

We use data to authenticate users, execute the contract, prevent fraud, enforce trading rules, process payouts and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers. Records are retained only as long as operational, security and legal requirements justify.

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting support@bigfunded.com. Some records must be retained for fraud prevention, payment disputes or legal compliance.
